Netflix Book Tag

Comments 3 Standard

I saw this on the Life and Other Disasters blog and it just felt so right. I love Netflix, I love books, and I really enjoy doing tags.

RECENTLY WATCHED: The last book you finished reading.

eleanor and park

I just finished this yesterday for Booktubeathon.

TOP PICKS: A book that has been recommended to you based on books you have previously read.

One of my teachers recommended this to me after we read A Child Called It.

RECENTLY ADDED: The last book you bought.

The last few books I bought can be found on my Mini Book Haul post linked here.

POPULAR ON NETFLIX: Books that everyone knows about. (2 you’ve read and 2 you haven’t read or have no interest in reading.)

sherman alexiethe hate u give

I loved both of these!

I really want to read these two. I’ve heard so many great things about both authors and I love supporting women of color.

COMEDIES: A funny book.

mindy kaling

DRAMAS: A character who is a drama queen/king.the sun is also a star

Daniel is super dramatic in the best way. He’s goofy and has so much confidence in love. Full review coming soon…

ANIMATED: A book with cartoons on the cover.american_born_chinese_2

It’s also a graphic novel.

WATCHIT AGAIN: A book or series that you want to re-read.

I want to get back into this series.

DOCUMENTARIES: A non-fiction book you’d recommend to everyone.

we should hang out sometime

This was the first book I read by Josh Sundquist. I bought the signed copy and I read it in two days. Josh Sundquist definitely has a way with words and the humor he’s found in his experiences is great.

ACTION AND ADVENTURE: An action packed book.copper sun

So much goes on in this book, it’s a great narrative. I love when historical fiction is exciting and accurate so this book was perfect.

NEW RELEASES: A book that just came out or will be coming out soon that you can’t wait to read.

I’m a poet so I’m super excited to check this book out and support a fellow artist.

I tag everyone interested in doing this. It’s pretty fun so I encourage you to give it a try.

  2. Yay! I am so happy you had fun doing this tag 😀 Netflix, books and a blog tag is the best of combos, right? haha And I hope you get to read Dear Martin! I loved that book ❤

    • Thanks, this really was a fun tag to get through. I’m really excited to read Dear Martin but I haven’t gotten it yet. I think I’ll buy it online.
