Hey y’all! Welcome to my leg of the Hear Our Voice book tour for Loretta Little Looks Back by Andrea Davis Pinkney and Brian Pinkney. Student Ambassador: The Missing Dragon (Book Review)
Comments 7 StandardHey y’all! Back at it again with another book review. On a Monday though? Yup, Student Ambassador: The Missing Dragon comes out tomorrow!
When it comes to Netgalley, I tend to request children’s books and graphic novels because those are easier for me to read as eBooks. Comments 6 StandardHey y’all, so you may have noticed that I haven’t read middle grade in a while. It’s not a genre that I’m quick to run to and let’s face it, I’m a YA gal at heart. But that doesn’t mean middle grade can’t tug at my heartstrings every now and again.
I received an ARC e-galley of Isaiah Dunn is my Hero from Netgalley.

Comments 3 StandardSo, I had no idea that Amazon Prime had books that you could get for free with it (thank you Goodreads).
Lumberjanes is one of those graphic novel series that just about everyone has talked about at one point or another and with good reason. Now I understand just why it’s so popular!

Comments 3 StandardWhile I was on vacation, I brought along a whole bunch of books. I still had a little less than half of My Life as an Ice Cream Sandwich to finish, so I brought it along to read on the plane.
This review is on an Advance Reader Copy I was gifted from a friend at Penguin Young Readers. If you’d like to know more about that, check out this post.
