The Voice has been a great new addition to my watchlist this year, especially with everything else going on in the world right now. This season is like no other and they’ve been making it work in ways I wasn’t expecting.
Here are my Top 4 predictions:
A lot of us are in the same boat right now, stuck at home with little to do. So, like most of America, I’m spending large pockets of my time on streaming platforms. Netflix and Hulu have been the major ones for me.
Here’s what I’ve been watching:
This week was so tough, y’all. I’m not talking about the usual toughness where I’m complaining about how much I have to read in such a short time. I’m talking about all those readings, plus two essays, and a homework assignment that I forgot until two hours before it was due. I’m also running for my school’s campus governor, so add a campaign to that. Did I mention that I’m going to be in my organization’s pageant? Yeah, I’m doing way too much right now.
On the other hand, Grownish actually wasn’t doing the absolute most on Thursday. It was a pretty real episode and I’m lowkey hurt by how it ended.
So, let’s get into this.
I don’t know about y’all, but I loved this week’s episode. So much of this needed to happen and I think it’ll lead to some real character growth this time around.
I actually missed the episode because I left campus later than I usually do on Thursdays. I was able to catch the later showing, but I missed out on the live-tweets.
These episodes just keep hittin different. I’m not gonna say these episodes have been amazing, but this season has started way better than Season 2.
