Let's Catch Up (#3)

Hey y’all, it’s that time of the week again!

I ended up posting every day this week except Thursday, but 6/7 isn’t too bad. I’m surprised I was able to do it between school and work. That being said, I’ll probably start slowing down now with classes but I’m still determined to have at least 2 posts out every week.

Enough about me, let’s catch up!

Y’all see those two and a half weeks of daily content? *Insert winky face*

I’m not gonna lie, I don’t know how much longer I can keep this up. School starts again on Monday, but I don’t have my first class until Tuesday morning.

That being said, yes I somehow managed to post something every day this week again. I did something similar last year, who knows, this may become an annual trend. Here’s the checklist, make sure to check out anything you may have missed!

Victorious Cast

Over winter break, I watched all three seasons of Victorious on Netflix. It was really fun getting sucked back into that part of my childhood, but that doesn’t mean Victorious isn’t problematic. In this post I went over nine problems I had, but I’m sure I could go on with more.

Hey you! Are you a regular? Occasional reader? Maybe this is your first time on Rae’s Reads and Reviews? I appreciate you reading this, whether it’s your first time here or your 50th.

2019 was a year of immense growth for me and I’m incredibly thankful for that. This year, I want to make stronger commitments to the people and things I care about. This blog is near the top of that list so I’ve committed to posting at least 2x a week.

This week being the start of 2020, I went way over that. I’m finally getting back into blogging. Now I’m been able to express all these thoughts I’ve been holding in for the past couple months.

That being said, I’d like to invite you to check out some of the other things I’ve posted over the past week and a half. Sorry for the long winded explanation, here’s the actual stuff you came for:

Top 5 Tuesday | Top 5 Funniest Characters

Comments 7 Standard

Top 5 Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by Shanah of the Bionic Book Worm. I’ve been following her blog for a while and you probably should, too. She’s a great book blogger and super sweet.

I’ve come to realize that most of the stories I read are plot-driven, so I don’t always notice characters themselves. I also tend to read more serious stories, so the funny characters tend to fall through the cracks.

Nevertheless, I’m determined to make it a full five.
